GESTIÓN Y DESARROLLO DE LA PROPIEDAD INDUSTRIAL SL, from this point forward GDPI, is the managing body of the web portal www.edisonplanet.shop in Spain. It is settled in Spain, with CIF B47734009, registered in the Mercantile Register of Valladolid (Spain).

In the web portal www.edisonplanet.shop there is a series of informational contents about Industrial Property rights belonging to others.

Its main aim is to provide to clients and general public the information related to those rights, with their previously mentioned consent by the acceptance of the Conditions of Contracting displayed on the corresponding section.

The terms of access and use of the present web portal are governed by the law and the principle of good faith by committing the user to make a good use of the website. All acts that violate the law, the rights of the interests of others are forbidden. By using the portal web www.edisonplanet.shop the user recognises that he has read and accepted the present conditions and what extends them in the legal regulation applicable in this matter. If the user does not agree with these conditions the user should stop using this web portal.

Nevertheless, keeping the articles 11 and 16 of the Spanish LSSI-CE in mind, GDPI is committed to remove or to block those contents that might affect or contravene the national or international legislation, the rights of others or morals and law enforcement.

GDPI will not be responsible of the loss of damage caused by the fails or bad configurations of the software installed in the computer of the Internet user. GDPI will be excluded from any responsibility for any technical incident or fail caused when the user connects to the Internet. By the same token, it is not guaranteed the lack of interruptions or errors in the access to this web portal.

GDPI has likewise the right to update, modify or remove the information included in the portal web, as well as of the configuration or presentation of it, at any time without accepting responsibility for it.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

GDPI is the owner of all the rights of the software of the digital publication as well as of the industrial and intellectual property rights referred to the development and configuration of the web portal. The Industrial Property rights displayed in this web portal and the services, if any, of a public nature, which are not owned by GDPI, are excluded.

No materials about the development and configuration of the web portal www.edisonplanet.shop may be reproduced, copied or published without the written consent of GDPI.

All the information received on this website, such as comments, suggestions or ideas, will be considered transferred for free to GDPI. Information that cannot be treated this way must not be sent.

All the products displayed in this web portal that are not owned by GDPI are rights of their corresponding owners and they are recognised as such by our entity. They only appear in the web portal www.disonplanet.shop for the purpose of promotion and information gathering. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The present general conditions are governed by the Spanish legislation. In case of dispute related to this web portal or the activity developed on it, only the Courts of Valladolid (Spain) are competent whereby the user expressly renounces to any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
